R.L. "Bob" Williams, Jr.
President

A funeral professional since 1962, Bob graduated from Drexel University, and was a Dean's Award graduate of the Eckels College of Mortuary Science. He is a Board Member of the Montgomery County Higher Education and Health Authority, a member of Warren Lodge #310 F. & A. M. in Collegeville, has been a Chairman of the Salvation Army Unit since 1966, and Past President of the Montgomery County Funeral Directors Association. He is also a 32nd degree Mason with Lehigh Consistory, and a member of the Rajah Temple Shrine, Antique Automobile Club of America, Pioneer Automobile Club, and Central Schwenkfelder Church of Worcester, and serves as President of Heritage Coach Co. of Conshohocken.

 
Kyle D. Koffel
Funeral Director

Kyle has been in the funeral profession for over 18 years. He graduated from Souderton Area High School in 1986, and attended East Stroudsburg University. He holds a degree in Funeral Service from Northampton County Area Community College. Kyle is a past President of the Harleysville Rotary Club and the Harleysville Jaycees, past Treasurer of the Souderton Board of Trade, and a member of Zion Mennonite Church, and the Indian Valley Soap Box Derby Association. He is also a former Councilman in Souderton Borough and presently serves on the Franconia Township Planning Commission. Kyle lives in Franconia with his wife Caryn and their three sons.

 
John A. Dougherty
Funeral Director

John has been in the funeral profession for over 11 years. He graduated from Wayne Central High School in Ontario, NY and holds a degree in funeral service from Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, GA. He is licensed as a funeral director in Pennsylvania and New York. John moved to the North Penn area in 1998 and worked in Philadelphia for 7 years. He is a member of the Blue Bell Rotary and attends Trinity Lutheran Church in Lansdale. John lives in Hatfield with his wife, Kristina, and their two daughters.

 
Karen Morgan
Administrative Assistant

Karen has served and assisted families in the community at the R.L. Williams Funeral Home since 2002. Born and raised in Souderton, she graduated from Souderton Area High School and went on to receive her Bachelors degree from East Stroudsburg University. She is a lifelong active member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Souderton and enjoys volunteering at her son's school. Karen finds it personally rewarding to be able to assist families during such a difficult time.
